These gentle, beginners’ workshops are all about balance and restoration and I can’t wait to share them with you. ”

You may have put two and two together and figured these sessions will involve clay, some mindfulness and a generous dose of self-care, topped with a confetti-like covering of calm and kindness.

My intention in hosting these workshops is to help us experience quiet mindful moments, create meaningful connections while crafting, which is known to

  • Help increase feelings of lightness, fun and create joy

  • Enables our busy minds slow down,

  • Release tension and stress,

  • Help us feel more calm, settled and soothed,

  • Expand and enhance wellbeing

We will be exploring the feel of CLAY, moulding and shaping it, smoothing and decorating – whilst immersing ourselves in playfulness, spaciousness and the freedom from the many constant day-to-day demands on our mind, bodies and our precious time!

What's included in my investment:

  • All clay materials and resources for 2.5 hours of guided clay work

All you need to bring is a little curiosity, your own apron and a tray.

Workshop details:

We will meet around ‘my big oak table’, 6 Monson Park, Skellingthorpe, Lincoln, LN6 5UE

  • Only 6 places per session - book early to avoid disappointment

  • EVENINGS: Thursdays 7pm - 9.30 pm NOV 3, 10, 17

  • DAYTIMES: Fridays 10am -12.30pm NOV 4, 11, 18

Please note all classes are non-refundable. These workshops are suitable for beginners, no special skills are needed and, all are welcome.
