Mindfulness Skills4Life zentangling image gallery
The majority of the stunning art in our gallery is from beginners, just like you, starting out on their relaxing Zentangling journey! (I have sneaked a few of mine in too). Some pictures were taken during our Zentangling workshops, so the pieces were incomplete, but still striking in their composition at that stage. Others have been sent to us by people proud of what they have achieved – and so they should feel proud! I know these will inspire you as you start your own tangling project.
We’d LOVE to display your finished Zentangling art, from Mindfulness Skills4Life’s ART PACK, in our gallery. Please feel free to send a picture of it to Sandra

HERE ARE 5 TOP TIPS TO GET OFF TO A SMOOTH START
Start Small (1–5 minutes).
Begin with just a few minutes a day. You don’t need a long session to benefit. A quick breathing exercise or body scan during a break can make a big difference.
Anchor It to existing habits and daily routines
Pair your mindfulness practice with something you already do, like morning coffee, brushing your teeth, or a daily walk. This helps build the habit naturally.
Ditch mindless scrolling - set a mindful reminder
Use phone alarms or reminders to prompt you for quick mindfulness breaks throughout the day. Even just one or two minutes can help you refocus and relax.
People Power
Pair up with a colleague and practice the exercises together. Explore together, motivate one and other – learning and growing together is super fun.
Be Kind to Yourself
If you miss a day, an opportunity to practice don't worry. Mindfulness is a practice, not perfection. Gently remind yourself WHY your wellbeing is important to you and return to it without judgment.
By weaving formal mindfulness practices and mindful awareness into your daily activities, you can make it a regular part of your routine without needing to carve out large chunks of time.
